1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
3/4 cup Cucumber, chopped
1/3 cup Red Onion, chopped
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
6 Cups Red Leaf Lettuce (or your preference of lettuce)


How Do I Make Black Bean Tuna Salad?

Here is how you make Black Bean Tuna Salad:

Mix the tuna, beans, chopped vegetables, lime juice & olive oil in bowl. Put in refrigerator to chill. Serve of a bed of lettuce. Serves 4 people. Another option is to shred the lettuce and combine with the tuna mixture. Probably don't need all the lettuce for this option. Could also add diced tomatoes for additional flavor.
