In large bowl layer first four ingredients (lettuce on bottom, cauliflower, cheese and then bacon crumbles)Using a rubber spatula; very SLOWLY spread mayo EVENLY over the surface of layered ingredients.Sprinkle seasoning packet over top of mayo.
