Chop all large vegetables into roughly 3/8" chunks. Slice cherry tomatoes in half. Place a half teaspoon of butter in a frying pan and heat on high until almost starting to smoke. Crack eggs into pan, salt and pepper heavily, cover and turn heat down to medium high.
