How Do I Make Waldorf Salad?

Here is how you make Waldorf Salad:

Wash and core apples. Cut each apple into 12 large slices and soak in water with a squirt of lemon juice added (this will prevent apples from turning brown. Drain lemon water and cut each apple slice into bite size pieces. Slice celery and cut grapes in half and add to the apples. Add pecan halves or quarters. Mix in separate bowl, the sour cream and half fat mayonaise and stir in the salad mixture.
