The ingredients for Tami's Fruit Salad are:

1 Granny Smith Apple
1 Red Apple (your choice)
1 20 oz can of unsweetened Pinapple Chuncks (save some of the juice)
1 or 2 11 oz Mandarin Oranges (my grandchildren likes these so I use 2)
1/2 cup of Cherry flavored Cranisins
1/4 cup chopped Walnuts


How Do I Make Tami's Fruit Salad?

Here is how you make Tami's Fruit Salad:

Wash and dice the apples, I leave the skins on for extra fiber. Put the apples in a bowl, add the drained pineapple and about 1/4 cup or less of the pinapple juice to keep the apples from turning brown. Add the drained Mandarin Oranges, Craisins and the Walnuts. Toss, chill, and serve.This will make about 6 1 cup servings.You can double this recipe easily and add additional items you like or leave out what you don't.
