Here is how you make Jello Pretzel Salad:

Cream sugar, Splenda and cream cheese together and set aside. Mix melted butter and pretzels in bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 400. Cool slightly. Mix jello with boiling juice until dissolved. Stir in strawberries and allow to thicken slightly. Spread cream cheese over pretzels; spread jello over cream cheese; and top with whipped topping.
