1 can Goya small red beans
3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw, diced
3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, seeded and diced
1 tsp Pepper, black
.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)

Here is how you make Karen's Macaroni Salad:

Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water until done. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place into a LARGE bowl. Drain and rinse the small red beans and add to the macaroni.While the macaroni is cooking, start preparing all of the vegetables: red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, celery, cucumber, tomato. After draining and rinsing the macaroni, add all of the vegetables. Add the red wine vinegar, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Then add the mayonnaise gradually.
