Cook pasta and rinse off with cold water.Combine Sour Cream, Cottage Cheese, Mayo, Balsamic Vinegar and / or Red Wine Vinegar.** I use the cottage cheese to help reduce calories, you can also use yogurt if you like.Dice up Crab or Imitation Crab.Add Dill Weed. I used 6 tbsp cause I love it but you can spice to taste.Mix all ingredients together and serve or refrigerate.After serving you can add Hot sauce to taste.
