Scallions, raw, 3 large chopped

Blue Cheese, 4 oz crumbled

1. Cook past and cool under cold water. Set aside.2. Chop olives, sundried tomatoes, scallions and garlic and put together in large bowl. 3. Crumble blue cheese and add to bowl. Mix all well.
