Bagged salad - spinach, arugula or mixed baby greens
A few black olives, sliced (Kalamata olives are my favorite - you can also get these at TJ's)
1 avocado, cubed
1/2 cup canned sweet corn
2 tablespoons Annie's Shiitake and Sesame Vinaigrette (TJ's or any health food store)

Here is how you make Scrumptious Sardine Salad:

Fill two salad plates with bagged salad mix. Open and drain oil from sardines, chunk up with a fork and divide between two beds of salad. Divide corn, olives and avocado between salads, and drizzle each with one tablespoon of dressing (only half a serving so half the fat and you really can't taste the difference.)
