1 tablespoon light mayo
1 tablespoon olive oil

Take the shredded lettuce and put in a bowl. Next, on a cutting board, cut the cucumber into slices, cut the pear into bite-size pieces, and halve the grapes. Add these to the lettuce in the bowl.Next, to make the dressing, you take another (smaller) bowl and first put in the yogurt. Next add the mayo, olive oil and lemon juice on top. Mix well to combine. Spread the dressing over the salad you just prepared.
