How Do I Make Rosamarina Salad?

Here is how you make Rosamarina Salad:

Cook Macaroni, drain and let cool. Cook sugar, eggs, salt and flour with the juice from the pineapple and mandarin oranges (this will not be as think as pudding) Cool completely, fold into the macaroni with the cool whip, then add the fruit.
