Here is how you make Sheri's Taco Salad:

Cook ground hamburger (you can use ground turkey if you want to reduce calories and fat). Drain fat (I pour into colander then rinse with cold water). Set aside. Slice veggies to your desired consistency and mix into bowl. Add cheese and (drained) black beans. Add hamburger once cooled and mix. Crush Doritos (use baked if you want to reduce calories) and add to the mix then eat! For added enjoyment, add sour cream...but beware! Calories and fat!!!
