1/2 C light mayo (you could use less, I like it creamy)
1/2 C chopped celery
1/2 C crushed pineapple (this was about half of an 8 oz can)
1 green bell pepper, chopped
red onion, chopped (I only used about 1/4 of an onion because that's what I had left)
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 T yellow mustard (or to taste)
2 T pickle relish (or to taste, either sweet or dill. I like sweet)
Green onions, chopped, to taste
