Place all 3 items in small bowl and wisk til smooth. You may wish to thin this with just a tad more milk. Add by the Tablespoon until to your liking.To make ranch dressing, add fresh minced garlic, chives, parsley, dill salt and pepper all to taste. Basically add what ever fresh herbs suit your fancy.To make blue cheese, add cheese, small amount minced garlic and onion, salt and pepper to taste.To make coleslaw dressing I add a bit of honey and celery seed.All variations need to be recalculated in order to get correct calorie count. But I will let you do that yourself to allow for personal differences in ingredients.
