4 cans 14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes
2 cans 10 oz. diced tomatoes w/green chillies
3 Tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp ( 3 cloves) minced garlic
1 Tbsp salt (opional)
Cilantro 1 bunch (Optional)
1 onion
You can use fresh lime if you prefer
You can use any kind of tomatoes with the chillies, it doesn't have to be the one I used.
And, you can use regular diced tomatoes, they don't have to be petite, that's just my preference.

Mince garlic and onion
Chop cilantro very fine
Mix all ingredients in large container
This recipe is a double batch so cut in half if you don't want to make as much.
Will keep in fridge for a couple of weeks
