Brown stew beef using PAM. Use some garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce to season as well as salt and pepper. Chop all veggies and add everything to large pot. Add water to fill. Bring to a boil and then turn heat down and simmer about 45 minutes. All could be cooked in a large crock pot all day while a person was working.
