In a 6 quart pot add water and Bob's Red Mill Vegi Soup Mix and begin to heat.Meanwhile, in a large pan begin to browm the cubed stew beef in the canola oil. Once the meat begins to brown add the seaonings (Mrs. Dash, Vege-sal and Spike) and stir. Chop the onions and potatos and add to the pan, mix and let simmer on low.When the water begins to boil add the chopped carrots, corn and green beans.
