Here is how you make Stuffed Mushrooms Lite:

Preheat oven to 400.Remove stems from mushrooms. Chop onions and mushrooms stems. Saute mushroom stems and onions in a small pan with olive oil over medium-high heat. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a few tbsp of water to pan. Cook vegetables until soft, about 5 min. Add bread crumbs to pan, stir mixture well. If too dry, add a bit more water. Stir in 1 tbsp Parmesan into bread crumb/vegetable mixture. This is your filling.Place mushrooms on a non-stick pan. Fill each mushroom with filling.
