Here is how you make Amy's Sweet Onion Dip:

Melt butter in non stick pan and add onions, cayenne pepper, and salt. Cook over medium high heat for 10 minutes, stirring often. Reduce heat to medium-low and continue cooking 25 minutes, stirring occasionally until onions are carmelized. Meanwhile, whisk cream cheese, yogurt, and mayonnaise until smooth. Once onions are carmelized, add Dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar, continue cooking 5 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool a few minutes, then add to yogurt mix and stir well.
