Turn into sealable container (I use a 3-cup round Pyrex bowl with rubber lid). Drizzle 1/2 tablespoon oil on top if storing for a while to prevent drying out.Serve with crudite (crisp, raw veggies like pepper strips, baby carrots, sugar-snap peas, etc.) or pita bread.
