Heat oil in pot and fry onion and garlic for 1 minute. Then add chicken and continue cooking for 3 minutes. Add all of the spices. Stir everything together for a few minutes. Let cook until chicken is tender. Add the rest of the ingredients( 1 tomato chopped and potato cut into chunks are nice additions but aren't included in calories here).
