1/2 tsp. ground ginger (or fresh)

Here is how you make Easy! Mom's Chicken Teriyaki Bake:

In small sauce pan combine all ingredients. Simmer until thick and bubbling. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 oven dish. Dip each chicken tender in the sauce and place in the over dish. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, brushing extra sauce on the tenders every 10-15 minutes while cooking. Serve with rice and broccoli for a great family meal!
