1/4 cup Kraft Light Asian Toasted Sesame dressing
2 Tbs Hoisin Sauce
1/8 - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper - to taste
2 or 3 pieces candied ginger, thinly sliced (opt)
1/2 tsp garam masala (opt)
16 oz bag frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed
3 cups cooked brown rice


How Do I Make Asian Ginger Sesame Chicken?

Here is how you make Asian Ginger Sesame Chicken:

Makes 4 servings with 3/4 cup rice, 1 chicken breast, 1 cup veggies plus sauceThis recipe is really quick if you have a waterless type frying pan. Heat the pan until water drops pop. Lay the chicken breasts in the pan, drizzle with the dressing and hoisin sauce, sprinkle on cayenne, garam masala and ginger. Cover with the steam lid open. When it starts whistling, close the vent and turn to low or simmer. If chicken is frozen, cook for 12 minutes. If thawed, cook for 6 minutes. Open cooker, turn the chicken, add thawed veggies and give it an additional 3 minutes. Check the thickest part of the chicken to be sure it is done to 170*F, or no longer pink. It may possibly need an additional few minutes. Serve over brown rice. If you do not have a waterless cooker, chicken must be thawed first, and cook time will be about 30 minutes.
