15 oz pre cut stir fry veggies (I used 1/2 bag of costco veggies - broc, carrots, onions, and red peppers)
2 cloves garlic
1tbsp peanut oil (or whatever you have)
1/2 tbsp Fish Sauce (or substitute regular salt or soy sauce)
2 chicken breasts sliced for stir fry (measurements used for nutritional value calculation is 14 oz)
1 can coconut milk (about 1 2/3 cups)
1 A Taste of Thai Peanut Sauce Mix (both envelopes)

Here is how you make Chicken with Veggies and Peanut Sauce:

Mince Garlic and saute in oil in a large skillet. When slightly colored (not burned) add chicken, vegetables, and fish sauce, and saute for 3 minutes. Then add coconut milk and peanut sauce mix and bring to a boil and cook for another 3 minutes (or until chicken cooked).
