Oyster Sauce

Here is how you make Sesame Soy Chicken and Shrimp:

Cut the chicken in small cube pieces and de-shell the shrimp. When the chicken is cooked almost completely through, mix in the shrimp, Oyster sauce, Sesame Oil, and Soy. Cook on medium high heat until chicken is completely cooked, adding the lemon juice. Add the spices and let simmer a few minutes longer. You can eat it as is, or serve it over wheat pasta as I did tonight. :)The flavor turned out outstanding, and I like it because it is meat heavy. I don't eat enough meat, which I should. It's why I tend to go towards eggs and nuts for my protein source.
