Add chicken. Cook for about a minute. Add garlic and onion. Cook 2 more minutes. Add spices. Cook for 1 minute. Add broth, soy sauce, and coconut milk. Stir and bring to a boil. Add broccoli and carrots. Simmer until veggies are tender. If sauce doesn't thicken, add 1 teaspoon of corn starch dissolved in water. Bring to boil and simmer until thick.
