6 oz carrots
8 oz broccoli
5 oz onion
1 T vegetable oil
1 T minced garlic
1/4 c soy sauce
1 c beef broth
2 c coconut milk (silk)
2 T curry powder
1/4 t of Chinese five spice powder
1 t of red chili flakes (or to taste)


How Do I Make Curry Chicken Stir-Fry?

Here is how you make Curry Chicken Stir-Fry:

Cut chicken, onion, carrots, broccoli into bite-sized chunks.Heat oil in pan until HOT. Add chicken. Cook for about a minute. Add garlic and onion. Cook 2 more minutes. Add spices. Cook for 1 minute. Add broth, soy sauce, and coconut milk. Stir and bring to a boil. Add broccoli and carrots. Simmer until veggies are tender. If sauce doesn't thicken, add 1 teaspoon of corn starch dissolved in water. Bring to boil and simmer until thick.
