12 tsp low-sodium soy sauce (divided)
4 tsp minced ginger (divided)
3 cloves garlic, minced (divided)
1 onion, sliced thin
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup carrots, sliced in half moons
.5 cup celery, sliced
.5 cup shitake mushrooms, sliced

Here is how you make V's Five-Spice Chicken Stir-Fry:

Sprinkle 5-spice powder over chicken. In a wok or large saute pan, heat half the soy, oil, ginger & garlic over medium-high heat until fragrant. Add chicken & saute until just cooked through. Remove chicken from pan. Heat the remaining soy, oil, ginger & garlic until fragrant. Add the remaining ingredients & coat in oil & soy mixture.
