*Green Chili, Fresh, 0.06 cup
Garlic, 3 cloves
Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp
*Canola Oil, 4 tbsp
*Cumin and Corriander seeds powder, 2 tbsp


How Do I Make Palak and Peanut Curry?

Here is how you make Palak and Peanut Curry:

Serving Size:?"makes 4 1-cup servings."Firstly clean the spinach, then chop it and keep it aside. Take all other ingredients and grind them into a thik paste using little water until the paste is smooth. Once done add 4 tbsp oil to the steel or copper saucepot and keep it on a medium flame. Once the oil is hot enough add the grinded paste that we made earlier in the oil.. it will sizzle alot. Keep it cooking on a low flame for about 10 mins. Keep stirring in between(add little water if it sticks to the pot). Once done add the chopped spinach to it.. the spinach will take only few minutes to cook. Once the spinach is done add 3 cups of hot water in it (hot water will speed up the boiling part).
