1.5-2 cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into small pieces

Add rice noodles to boiiing water, cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit 1 more minute.4. Heat 2 T peanut oil in large sautee pan or wok style pan over high heat. Add chopped vegetables, stirring constantly as to not burn the vegetables; cook for 3-4 minutes.5. Add rice noodles and sauce to pan. Use tongs to work noodles and sauce into vegetables.
