Here is how you make Skillet Green Beans and Beef:

Saute onion, garlic and ground beef until meat loses its pink colour. Add mushrooms and water to pan and bring to a boil. Stir soy sauce with cornstarch and seasonings until fairly smooth, then stir into meat mixture along with dried dill. Add green beans. Cook over medium-high heat until vegetables are done.
