Slice the beef into thin strips. Stir together the first 6 ingredients and marinate the meat for at least an hour. Stir together the remaining ingredients except broccoli and olive oil. Saute the broccoli in half of the olive oil; remove from pan. Saute the beef, its marinade, and half of the sauce until meat is no longer pink. Add back the cooked broccoli and remaining sauce and cook for another minute or two to combine.
