The ingredients for Beef Roulade are:

Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped or sliced
Peppers, sweet, red, raw, diced, 1 cup
Onions, raw, 1 cup, diced
Garlic, 1 clove, chopped
Spinach, frozen, .25 package (10 oz) yields
Beef, tip round, 1 lb, thinly sliced
Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
Feta Cheese, .25 cup, crumbled


How Do I Make Beef Roulade?

Here is how you make Beef Roulade:

Combine tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic and spinach in sauce pan. Salt to rid of excess water. Heat over Medium until softened. Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes to cool. Take beef cut and spread above mixture over entire cut leaving a 1/2 inch border on the sides. Sprinkle Feta over top. Roll up beef cut. Secure with tooth picks. Drizzle Olive Oil over the top of roulade. Bake for 30 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.Serving Size:?Makes 4 servings
