1 c potatoes w/peels cut to sticks
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp crushed basil
dash salt
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
2c chicken broth
2 tsp. wheat flour
dash nutmeg

Here is how you make Vegy Beef Skillet:

Brown beef, onion, celery, and spices EXCEPT NUTMEG. Mix nutmeg and flour set aside. Add vegy's then chicken broth, reserving 1/2 c. of broth. Mix flour mixture into reserved broth. When broth and flour mixture are mixed with no lumps add to vegy & meat mixture STIRING WELL.
