12 oz of lean ground beef
1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
1/4 cup part skim milk ricotta cheese
1/4 cup non-fat milk
1/2 cup of frozen peas
1 tbs flour
2 cloves of garlic crushed or minced
1 cup of cooked rice
Spices of your choice (I used Mrs. Dash tomato basil and garlic salt)

Here is how you make Lean Ground Beef One Pot Dinner:

Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain any extra fat. Reduce heat to a medium-low. Add the crushed garlic. Sift in the flour evenly over the meat. Add the liquids in slowly (tomatoes and milk) while stirring at the same time. Add in the rest of the ingredients - peas and ricotta. Lower to simmer.
