Brown Ground Beef and set aside... Combine oil, milk, 1 cup cornmeal, eggs, salt, soda, & corn in a bowl... Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon of cornmeal in a greased 9X13" pan... Pour half the batter in the pan and sprinkle evenly with beef... Top with onion's, cheese, & jalapeno peppers... Pour remaining batter over the mixture...
