Scramble and drain ground beef and add taco seasoning. Lay out tortillas and add beans, rice, meat, olives, and 1/4 of the cheese. spread 1/4 cup of enchilada sauce in bottom of pan. Roll tortillas and place in pan. Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Cover with tinfoil and bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Remover tinfoil and cook on broil for 10 minutes.
