In a deep frying pan heat up the oil, and cook the beef with the garlic, green onion, paprika, cumin, and chilli pepper till all the beef is thoroughly cooked. Transfer this to a bowl, and mix in the feta. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the tortillas, and spread the beef mix evenly over half of each of the tortillas.
