1/4 cup ginger syrup (cook fresh ginger 2 cups sliced with 2 cups water, and 1 cup sugar - left over ginger roll in sugar and dry in oven *store left over syrup in fridge can be used for mixed drinks or other stir fry's*)

Makes 3 servings - Marinate8 ounces of Flank Steak - thinly sliced with the following1 tsp fresh Garlic minced2 Tblps Soy sauce (tamari)1 Tsp Sesame OilAncho Chili dried and chopped up to a powder or use dry powderIn a Hot Wok stir fry up the meat mixture about 3-4 minutesTake meat out set aside in a bowl.Add 1 tsp canola oil with Raw Scallions add salt and pepper to taste.Add meat back to pan with the scallions with 1/4 cup ginger syrup, left over juices from earlier, and 1 tsp corn starch if you want to thicken the juices a bit.Serve this with brown rice, plain rice, stir fried rice or in lettuce wraps with fresh tomatoes.
