1/4 tsp dried oregano, crushed
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Here is how you make Italian-Style Beef:

Cut meat into 2-3 pieces. Coat skillet with nonfat cooking spray. Brown meat on all sides. Remove from skillet. Combine mushrooms, onion, green pepper, celery and garlic in skillet; cook until vegetables are tender. Add tomatoes, basil, oregano and cayenne pepper. Place meat back in skillet, top with vegetable mixture. Cover and simmer about 45-60 minutes, or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally. Place meat on dinner plate, spoon vegetables over meat.
