Trim as much fat off of beef as you can. Sprinkle w/onion powder, salt & pepper. Place in Dutch oven and bake @ 300 degrees for 2 hours. Remove from oven and shred into bite size pieces. In Dutch oven, on stovetop, add water & bouillon and bring to boil. Add noodles, bring back to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 15-17 minutes.
