Prepare 4 potatoes and boil for 15 minutes. Drain the water and mash them with milk, cheese, and finely chopped onion. Set this mixture aside and prepare the meat.In one Tablespoon of olive oil, fry the chopped onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Add the chopped raw carrots, ground beef, and basil.
