Here is how you make Beef and Pork Chop Suey:

Buy beef and pork chop suey meat. In a large bake dish combine all ingredients except vegetables. Add pepper, 2 tsp low cal sweetner. To 2 1/2 cups water add 5 tbls corn starch. Stir well and pour over meat mixture. Bake, covered with foil, long and slow. 350 degree oven, at least 2 1/2 hours. Add stir fry vegies and cook another 45 minutes. Juice will thicken, meat will almost fall apart, house will smell wonderful. Serve over 1 cup white rice.
