3 oz mozzarella cheese
1 tbl minced onion
3/4 cu Bisquick

Cook and drain ground beef. Cook and drain spinach. Spray 10" pie plate and layer beef and spinach. Mix eggs, milk, Bisquick and minced onion. Pour over beef/spinach. Top with mozzarella cheese.
