2 cups buckwheat penne (6 oz)

Brown the beef and onions in a large 4 quart stock pot. Add 2 cups of squash and 1 cup water. Place a lid on pot for 3 minutes and steam squash on medium(skip the steam part if using frozen or precooked squash). Add tomatoes and remaining water. Bring to a simmer.
