12 oz. package wheat egg noodles

Here is how you make Fancy Beef Stroganoff:

Cube beef into 1 inch pieces. Combine flour, coarse ground pepper, and basil and dredge beef in mixture. Heat 1 tsp. oil in large pan and brown meat on all sides. Add remaining 1 tsp. oil, mushrooms, and onions. Sautee until vegetables are tender. Add cooking wine. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook until reduced halfway, about 5 minutes. Add mustard, worcestershire, yogurt, and nutmeg. Simmer until mixture is slightly thick (do not boil).
