Vegetable cooking spray
2 cups sliced carrots
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 lb small red potatoes, quartered
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 10.5 ounce can beef broth
3 Tbsp. flour
3/4 cup red wine

Here is how you make Beef Burgundy:

Cut steak into cubes. Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over med-high heat until hot. Add steak; cook 4 minutes until steak loses pink color. Remove steak from skillet and set aside. Recoat skillet with cooking spray; place over medium high heat until hot. Add carrot and next two ingredients; saute 5 minutes. Return steak to skillet. Add thyme, pepper and broth, stir well. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Place flour in a bowl. gradually add red wine, blending with a wire whisk. Add to steak mixture in skillet.
