Here is how you make Beef tips and Veggies:

Cut stew meat into bit size pieces, chop carrotts, green peppers, onion a head of time. In large frying pan cook beef tips and onoins together then add in the cream of mushroom soup, stir. Then add in the carrotts, pepper, and mushrooms. Lower heat to med low cover and cook for 1 1/2 hours. Stir every 20 - 30 minutes. Cook rice as directed on package.
