2 Pizza Dough Balls - (10 serving pizza size each ball)
1 lb ground beef, extra lean
1 lb ground pork sausage
1 cup chopped green peppers (bell)
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar/mozzarella cheese\
1/4 cup chopped jalapeno peppers

Here is how you make SevenAcreSky Surprise Bread:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Brown and scramble ground sausage and ground beef in large skillet with onions and green peppers and jalapeno peppers. Drain very well.Roll or press out pizza dough into the shape of a large rectangle on two separate pans sprayed with cooking spray. Take care not to make the dough too thin in any spots, and to have consistent edges.Spoon 1/2 mixture onto one side of each rectangle, leaving about 1 to 1 1/2 inch border around outside edge. Carefully lift and fold uncovered half up and over the filling, and seal edges to edge still on pan. (It helps to have some assistance when you fold, as the dough is sometimes stretchy.)Place pans in oven at 375 degrees until crust is browned. Remove, and let cool for 5 minutes.
