Here is how you make Cheese-topped beef bake:

Cook past according to package. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and taco seasoning. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream and softened cream cheese; set aside. Drain pasta; stir into beef mixture; transfer to a medim sized baking dish. Spread with cream cheese mixture; sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
